SANOG is entering into new era of collaboration with regional community

The venue for SANOG43 is in the beatiful city Thimphu, Bhutan. The event will be hosted along with btNOG.

SANOG has successfully been sharing knowledge on network operations and community building in South Asia and Asia Pacific since its inception, followed by assistance in Local NOG formation in South Asian Countries. Few months ago, we did a strategic meeting for SANOG future among the South Asian Local NOG leaders. Among many suggestions and decisions few changes in Governance of SANOG and future event structure were decided. One of the major decisions is that SANOG events will be held once a year in a bigger capacity but purely focussing on the 2-3 days Conference along with probable side events to be co-hosted. The event will be clubbed with the one of the South Asian Local NOG with their workshop/Tutorial program.
